PROCUREMENT

How to put BlackArc on contract.

Procurement is straightforward. You contract through CTG Federal's vehicles and small-business status; BlackArc scopes and delivers the technical work. The sections below cover the codes, the engagement shapes, and what each side brings.

01 // THE CONTRACTING PATH

One path: through CTG Federal.

BlackArc Systems delivers in partnership with CTG Federal. You place the work on a CTG Federal contract vehicle and rely on its small-business status and compliance posture. BlackArc defines and executes the technical scope underneath that prime relationship.

Contract-vehicle specifics are confirmed per engagement. The NAICS codes the work falls under are below; CAGE, UEI, and vehicle details are available on request through CTG Federal.

02 // ENGAGEMENT SHAPES

Four ways to scope the work.

Most programs start with discovery and move into a build. Training and sustainment attach to either. Each shape maps cleanly to a task order or delivery order.

SHAPE / 01

Discovery & roadmap sprint

A fixed-length sprint that maps the mission workflow, the data, and the security boundary, and returns a scoped plan for a production system.

WEEKS
SHAPE / 02

Build engagement

We build a production agentic system — eval suites, version control, observability, audit, and access control — and stand it up where the mission runs.

PRODUCTION
SHAPE / 03

Training delivery

All-day sessions on-site or in-lab. Practitioners learn to build, evaluate, and reason about agents on transferable principles, not vendor lock-in.

ALL-DAY
SHAPE / 04

Run & sustainment

Ongoing operation, monitoring, and iteration of deployed systems — keeping evals, models, and policy versions current as the mission changes.

What you'll need from us

+

A scoped statement of work

Clear deliverables, acceptance criteria, and timeline written to the engagement shape you select.

+

A security architecture

Scoped credentials, input validation, output filtering, and tamper-evident audit chains, designed to your boundary from day one.

+

A delivery team

Operators who build and run the systems — not a slide deck and a hand-off.

+

Compliance backing

Contracting and compliance posture through CTG Federal: CMMC Level 2 and ISO 9001.

What we'll need from you

+

Scope

The mission workflow the system supports and what a successful outcome looks like.

+

Data access plan

Which data the system reads and writes, where it lives, and how access is granted.

+

Security boundary

The enclave, classification level, and connectivity constraints the system has to run inside.

+

Points of contact

A program lead, a technical lead, and a security or ISSO contact for the duration.

04 // DISCONNECTED & CLASSIFIED

Delivery into air-gapped enclaves.

Systems can run in disconnected and classified environments with zero external calls. The harness is vendored and a local model handles entity recognition and redaction, so the system runs where the data lives. Training can be delivered in-lab inside the same boundary. Specifics are confirmed per engagement during discovery.
